  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available).

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver:

 

  • Nationwide within Nigeria
  • International orders (delivery time and cost vary by destination)

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Lagos & nearby areas: 1–3 business days
  • Other states in Nigeria: 2–5 business days
  • International deliveries: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Occasional free shipping promotions may be offered during special sales.

5. Tracking Your Order

When available, tracking details will be sent via:

  • WhatsApp

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer absence at delivery

The customer may be required to pay a re-delivery fee before the order can be shipped again.

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit:
